Field Manager - Arnegard.

Summary/Objective
The Regional Manager is responsible for the productivity of the Arnegard, ND E & M Services, LLC location. 

Essential Functions

1. Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company’s mission and strategic vision.
2. Ensure the overall people plan of the area reflects high standards, bench and succession planning, coupled with consistent mentoring and people development.
3. Responsible to consistently and effectively communicating the company objectives to all field employees and upholding high ethical standards supported by company policies.
4. Will conduct team meetings to address scheduling and communicate daily projects and future projects.
5. Receives time from crew for projects performed, corrects any time inaccuracy and maintains records.
6. Communicates daily with customers, employees, supervisors and other E&M Services, LLC managers.
7. Locates coordinates for North Dakota One-Calls.
8. Communicates with the Hydro Vac Supervisor.
9. Supervises the shop personnel including all mechanics
10. Accountable for the success of the Maintenance and New Construction aspect of E & M Services, LLC.
11. Ensures driver log book compliance in conjunction with the Safety Manager.
12. Participates in the “Yellow Card” Safety Program.
13. Maintains location is in a safe working order and complies with all safety policies.
14. Assists the Director of HR in interviewing potential candidates. Assists in developing comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.
15. Coaches, encourages and implements corrective action for employee.
16. Trains all new hires and potential leaders, implements succession planning.
17. Participates in the Drug Free Workplace, will be fully trained in reasonable suspicion.
18. Conducts annual employee evaluations and regular stay interviews.
19. Maintains all approved vacation requests for location.
20. Assists the Senior Management team in developing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective for the company.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position is directly responsible for leading field employees of the division in Arnegard, ND.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment 50% as well as a field environment 50%.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work.

Required Education and Experience

1. A BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of management/supervisory experience, with at least five years of oilfield industry specific experience.
